Excellent Structure Design

The wheel hub motor with square spline mounting hole (on the stator) for easy and reliable installation. The U-type PU tyre with spline structure (five slots) effectively prevent the typre from sliding against the rotor to guarantee the output of the motor power; the locating rings at the front & rear ends guarantee the precise installation of magnets and improve their shock resistance.

The fully-sealed frame and two bearings with plastic covers are waterproof to IP 55 standard, that guarantees the motor waterproof, dustproof and shock-resistant.

The use of 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum-alloy shell, N52H heat (≤120℃)-resistant magnets, 0.2mm silicon sheets, imported 80A high-rebound PU tyre, and high precision heat (≤150℃)-resistant Hall sensor guarantees users high reliability, consistent stability and long-term durability.
