Prohibition Statement on HOBBYWING UAV Propulsion Systems

To all customers, partners, and the public:

Shenzhen Hobbywing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HOBBYWING”) hereby solemnly declares that:

1. Prohibited Activities

HOBBYWING expressly prohibits the installation, modification, or use of any UAV propulsion systems (including but not limited to the H13 industrial coaxial integrated propulsion system and its technical solutions) developed, produced, or sold by HOBBYWING, whether in the past, currently, or in the future, in any form on manned aircraft, manned aerial vehicles, or any other flight systems designed to carry personnel (hereinafter referred to as 'Manned Aviation Systems').

2.Risk Warning and Liability

(1)Technical Limitations: Currently, HOBBYWING’s UAV propulsion systems have not been certified to meet manned safety standards. Using these systems in manned applications may result in serious risks, including but not limited to propulsion failure, overload, and system loss of control, and may even directly jeopardize personal safety.

(2) Bearing of Liability: Any individual, organization, or entity that violates this statement by using HOBBYWING’s propulsion systems in Manned Aviation Systems without authorization shall assume full legal responsibilities and consequences (including personal injury, property damage, and legal accountability). HOBBYWING will bear no responsibility caused therefrom.

(3) Right to Compensation: If any violation leads to legal disputes, reputation damage, or financial losses for HOBBYWING, HOBBYWING reserves the right to investigate civil compensation and legal liabilities.

3. Scope of Application

This statement applies to all models of HOBBYWING's UAV propulsion systems, regardless of the method of acquisition (including direct purchases, second-hand transactions, technology transfers, and reverse engineering).

4. Legal Effectiveness

(1) This statement becomes effective immediately upon publication, serving as the mandatory binding clauses regarding the use of HOBBYWING’s UAV propulsion systems.

(2) For customers who have signed a purchase agreement, this statement automatically forms an integral supplementary clause thereof; for third parties who have not signed such an agreement, this statement shall be considered effectively delivered through public channels such as HOBBYWING’s official website (www.hobbywing.com), product packaging, technical documentation, etc.

5. Compliance Requirements

HOBBYWING only provides technical support and after-sales services for the compliant use of products as outlined in the product manuals.
