Four years later, Hobbywing drivers once again TQ’d and won the TITC in Modified & Stock classes, which was held from 16 to 20 February at the Infinity Addict Circuit in Thailand. Hobbywing factory team took up three and a half positions in the Modified A-main class and seven positions in the Stock A-main class in the top ten. All the information tells us one thing that Hobbywing is a brand worthy of trust.
Although it was still not clear who the TQ of the Modified class would be after 5 rounds of qualifying, Bruno stood the pressure, overcame difficulties and proved the TQ title belongs to him in the last round. In the A-mains, Bruno also faced various challenges or threats from other drivers including former world champions and successfully defended the TITC title with patience and strategies. Another Hobbywing driver Nicholas Lee also performed well and finished in second place at the 2017 TITC. Both Hobbywing drivers adopted the Hobbywing’s XR Pro 160A ESC & V10 G2 4.5T motor combo at the racing.
The battle in Open Brushless 13.5 class was also full of blood and sweat, especially in the A-mains. Due to the influence of the tyres, anything could happen and cause the result to change, flips and crashes were common issues in each round. Although the successive 3 wins in qualifying ensured Jan Ratheisky the TQ, the A-mains were still full of challenges. Jan took the TQ and win despite of flip, error and other issues. Jan used Hobbywing’s XR10 Pro 160A ESC & V10 G2 13.5T motor combo during the race.
Obviously, Hobbywing’s power systems are reliable and that has been proved by Bruno, Nicholas and Jan’s performances again this time.
